The founder of Freedom Wind LLC is Serban Penciu. Serban graduated from UC San Diego with a BS in Biochemistry and received his MBA from Pepperdine University. He spent almost two decades in sales, marketing and leadership at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, receiving numerous awards and national recognition. That’s where he saw, first-hand, the need for small health-care companies to integrate business development as part of their operations in order to scale. In 2015 he founded Freedom Wind with the vision of helping small/medium business owners live their dream life by achieving exceptional growth through proven sales and marketing strategies. We specialize in helping Physician practices create and perfect their brand.
